Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Manhunt mobile application, the manhuntgames.com website, and any related services we make available (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are offered by Integrated Reality Labs, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading the app, creating an account, accessing the website, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction. You must be at least 13 years old to use Manhunt, and if the law where you live requires a parent or legal guardian's consent for you to use the Services, you must have that consent before using Manhunt.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your credentials. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, compromised, impersonating another person, or used in violation of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or harassing behavior.
• Impersonate others or provide false identity information.
• Send or share content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, exploitative, sexually abusive, or infringing.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass app security controls.
• Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation on the Services.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, dox, or expose another user's private information, including their location, without authorization.
• Use the Services to exploit minors, arrange harmful encounters, or encourage dangerous or illegal activity.

4. Location Features and Safety

Manhunt includes location-based gameplay features such as live location sharing with members of your groups, capture and safe zones, abilities, Bluetooth nearby detection, and movement updates. Only join groups and share your location with people you know and trust. You are solely responsible for your personal safety while using these features.

Do not use the Services while driving or in any way that creates a risk of injury, property damage, or legal violation. The Services are not an emergency service and are not guaranteed to be real-time, accurate, or continuously available.

You must use good judgment around other people, property, schools, and public spaces. Do not use the Services to trespass, track someone without authorization, target minors, or create unsafe real-world situations.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you send or share (such as chat messages, photos, videos, voice messages, and your profile photo). By sharing content, you grant Integrated Reality Labs, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to share your content and that your content does not violate law, these Terms, or third-party rights. We may review, remove, restrict, or report content that we believe violates these Terms or creates safety risk.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Integrated Reality Labs, Inc. may investigate suspected violations of these Terms and may take action without prior notice, including removing content, removing users from groups, disabling chat or location features, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, and cooperating with lawful requests from safety organizations or government authorities.

We may preserve information relevant to abuse, exploitation, fraud, threats, or other harmful activity as needed to investigate reports, enforce these Terms, and comply with applicable law.

7. Child Safety and CSAE Prohibition

Integrated Reality Labs, Inc. has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE"). You may not use Manhunt to create, upload, store, share, request, promote, facilitate, or distribute content or behavior that sexually exploits, endangers, abuses, or harms children.

You may not use the Services to:

• Send, transmit, or solicit child sexual abuse material or exploitative imagery.
• Groom, sexualize, exploit, extort, or attempt to exploit a minor.
• Use the Services to seek sexual content from a minor or to facilitate offline abuse.
• Impersonate a minor or misrepresent a minor's age to endanger or exploit them.
• Use the Services in any way that promotes trafficking, enticement, or other abuse of children.

We may remove content, restrict features, preserve relevant account data, suspend or terminate accounts, and report apparent CSAE or related activity to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law. If you become aware of content or conduct that may endanger a child, report it to us immediately at support@manhuntgames.com.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, branding, interface design, and all related intellectual property (excluding user content), are owned by Integrated Reality Labs, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

9. Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase Manhunt Pro or other paid features in the app, billing is handled by the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play). Your purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are also governed by that platform's billing terms. If you subscribe through our web checkout, payments are processed by Stripe, and you can cancel at any time before your next renewal.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users, or where required by law. Violations involving child safety, exploitation, impersonation, predatory conduct, threats, or other severe abuse may result in immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrated Reality Labs, Inc. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrated Reality Labs, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill resulting from your use of the Services.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice in the app or website.
